General Policy

Booking Policy


When booking, a credit/debit card is required to secure your room.The full balance will be due on check-in at the latest. Cards accepted: Visa & MasterCard. We do not accept American Express. A minimum of three nights' stay is usually required in peak season, at the weekends or on a bank holiday. However please contact us as we will always do our best to accommodate you. We have a maximum occupancy of 2 people per room. This can be adults or children, however we kindly ask that children under 16 are always accompanied by an adult, so as not to be occupying a room alone. Children are welcome, but must be old enough to sleep in a single bed. We do not provide travel cots or highchairs and we are unable to accommodate guests own equipment unfortunately.



Cancellation Policy


Guests' can cancel their stay with us, free of charge, up until 72 hours before their arrival. If guests' fail to let us know, or don't show, the cost of the whole booking will be charged. Cancellation charges will be taken from the Debit/Credit Card details that were supplied at time of booking. Any booking that is held with a credit or debit card will be guaranteed accommodation. In the event that we cannot provide you with a room we will arrange for accommodation in Llandudno at a suitable, similar standard of B&B. Any difference in cost will be paid by us & transport will be provided if necessary. Travel insurance is recommended for all our guests, which should provide you with adequate cover should you need it.



Terms & Conditions


Check In/Check Out: We aim for all rooms to be ready for 2pm. However if arriving earlier than this, guests are more than welcome to leave their luggage and receive their keys, until their room is ready (if arranged with Pebble House prior to stay). We kindly request that guests vacate their rooms by 10.30am on their day of departure.



Consumption of Food & Drink: We politely and respectfully request that any food or drink not be consumed in any of our guest bedrooms (other than light snacks, or food & drink provided by Pebble House). We reserve the right to charge your debit or credit card for any damage caused.



Damaged/Missing Items: We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card for any damage caused to your room during your stay or for any items found to be damaged/missing when you leave.



Pricing and Availability: Our prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.



Children: We most definitely welcome children at Pebble House. However, they must be able to sleep safely in a single bed. Our maximum occupancy per room is two people, therefore you are more than welcome to book more than one room. No family rooms are available. We cannot allow the use of guests' own travel cots, highchairs or other baby equipment.



Smoking/Vaping: Pebble House is a strictly non-smoking/vaping property in accordance with UK law. if you wish to smoke/vape, please do so outside the property on the seafront. There is no smoking/vaping allowed on the fire exits leading from rooms 3 and 7, these doors are alarmed. Smoking/vaping in your room will result in a deep cleaning charge of £100 being applied to your room account and charged accordingly. You will also be asked to leave immediately. Please do not smoke/vape on the doorstep.



Pets: Unfortunately we do not allow pets.



Disabled Access: We will do our utmost to make any guest with a disability, as comfortable as possible. There is no ramp currently at the main entrance, however there are a few small steps. We do have ground floor rooms with en-suite; these include an enclosed shower.



Parking: Unfortunately we do not have a private car park. Guests can park on the seafront directly outside of Pebble House, and pay via the parking meter. Parking is chargeable between the hours of 10am - 4pm, up to a maximum of £7.50. Side streets (Carmen Sylva Road and Queens Road) and those behind Pebble House are free and unrestricted.



Dates Open/Closed: We are usually open nine months of the year, from Mid February - November (actual dates may vary). We are also open over the Festive Period, usually for 3 or 4 days including the New Year. Please get in touch to request out of season availability as it is subject to change.



Dietary Requirements: If a guest has a particular dietary requirement, please let us know time of booking. Every effort will be made by us to accommodate every guest as best as we can.

Pebble House's website does not automatically capture or store your personal information. We do not use cookies for collecting user information from the site.
