When booking, a credit/debit card is required to secure your room and a £10 non refundable deposit (per person) will be taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due on check-out. Cards accepted:Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch.We do not accept American Express. A minimum of three nights' stay is usually required in peak season, at the weekends or on a bank holiday. However please contact us as we will always do our best to accommodate you. We have a maximum occupancy of 2 people per room. This can be adults or children, however we kindly ask that children under 16 are always accompanied by an adult, so as not to be occupying a room alone. Children are welcome, but must be old enough to sleep in an adult bed. We do not provide travel cots or highchairs and we are unable to accommodate guests own equipment.
Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to arrival otherwise the cost of one night's stay will be charged. Deposits are non refundable. Cancellation charges will be taken from the Debit/Credit Card details that were supplied at time of booking. Any booking that is held with a credit or debit card will be guaranteed accommodation. In the event that we cannot provide you with a room we will arrange for accommodation in Llandudno at a suitable, similar standard of B&B. Any difference in cost will be paid by us &transport will be provided if necessary. Travel insurance is recommended for all our guests, which should provide you with adequate cover should you need it.
Check In &Check Out time:We ask that guests check in from 2pm. However if arriving earlier than this, guests are more than welcome to leave their luggage until their room is ready. We kindly request that guests vacate their rooms by 10.30am on their day of departure.
Consumption of Food &Drink:We politely and respectfully request that any food or drink not be consumed in any of our guest bedrooms (other than light snacks, or food &drink provided by Pebble House). We reserve the right to charge your debit or credit card for any damage caused.
Damaged/Missing Items:We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card for any damage caused to your room during your stay or for any items found to be missing when you leave.
Pricing and Availability:Our prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Children:We most definitely welcome children at Pebble House. However, they must be able to sleep safely in an adult bed. Our maximum occupancy per room is two people, therefore you are more than welcome to book more than one room. No family rooms are available. We cannot allow the use of guests' own travel cots, highchairs or other baby equipment.
Smoking:Pebble House is a strictly no smoking property in accordance with UK law. if you wish to smoke, please do so outside the property on the seafront. There is no smoking allowed on the fire exits leading from rooms 3 and 7, these doors are alarmed. Smoking in your room will result in a deep cleaning charge of £100 being applied to your room account and charged accordingly.
Pets:Unfortunately we do not allow pets, other than guide, working and assistance dogs.
Disabled Access:We will do our utmost to make any guest with a disability, as comfortable as possible. There is no ramp currently at the main entrance, however there are a few small steps. We do have a ground floor double room with en-suite;this includes an enclosed shower. It is our intention to make improvements to the property as soon as possible to become more accessible.
Parking:Guests can park their cars for free outside Pebble House. Unfortunately we do not have a car park.
Dates Open/Closed:We are open nine months of the year, from Mid February - November (actual dates may vary). We are also open over the Festive Period, usually for 3 or 4 days including the New Year.
Dietary Requirements:If a guest has a particular dietary requirement, please let us know time of booking. Every effort will be made by us to accommodate every guest as best as we can.

Guests can cancel free of charge up until 7 days before arrival date (minus non refundable deposit). Guests will be charged a minimum of one nights' stay if they cancel/change their booking within 7 days prior to arrival date. Should a guest decide to end their stay with us earlier than the duration agreed at the time of booking, they will still be charged the total amount.
